Event Barn
Deck, Patio & Side Yard
Attached to the barn is our huge 2K square foot cedar wood patio deck has a large bar, string lighting, fans and built in speakers with a premium sound system. Misters and old oak and cedar trees help keep the area shaded on hot days. For chilly evenings, we include 3 propane patio heaters.
In the very front of the barn is our porch that can seat up to 100 guests. Surrounding the barn are our exquisitely designed gardens.
Ceremony Site
Directly behind the event barn is our terraced ceremony site, with room for up to 200 people. With lush landscaping surrounding and an assortment of old oak, cedar and hickory trees as a natural backdrop, it’s a beautiful location for any special event, not just weddings.

Our max capacity is 200 guests for the event barn and 100 on the outside patio.
Tours are by appointment only due to ongoing events. You can see our availability and schedule a tour by filling out this form.
We do. We have an indoor ceremony option inside the event barn. Cocktail hour is then on the covered patio.
We require a $1,000 deposit to hold your date for two weeks. At the end of two weeks we require 1/3 of your overall package fee. The next third is due 6 months out and the last third is due 3 weeks out. (The $1,000 fee becomes a damage deposit that is refunded two weeks after your wedding per our contract guidelines.)
You can, to a certain point. Although, 80% of our guests choose our all-inclusive option. Most of the vendors you would need are included in our wedding packages. For other categories of vendors (hair and makeup, photographer, etc) we do not require you to choose from our list. All vendors working on the property must have liability insurance and submit a COI before the event.
We do. Feel free to use your own planner if you like. Note: Our all-inclusive package includes full planning and design.
Yes we have a parking lot that includes two parking attendants to help direct traffic. There are ADA and loading spaces adjacent to our event barn as well. We also have some great shuttle companies on our preferred list and are close to town so ride share services like Uber and Lyft are available.
Although the property is quiet and secluded, we are only 10 minutes to Interstate 40 and a few great hotels and restaurants, right off Hartmann Drive. (Marriott’s Fairfield Inn & IHG’s Candlewood Suites & Outback Steakhouse and Chilis Bar/Grill).
Yes, as long as it is served by Cedar Creek Ranch bar services. We also have liquor store recommendations on our preferred list who offer free delivery. In the interest of safety for your guests, we have a limit of 7 hours for any open bar.
Yes, the event barn is fully climate controlled and has both central heat and AC. The covered patio has fans, a great breeze and lots of shade and can also be fully enclosed and includes patio heaters if needed so it can stay comfortable regardless of weather.
Music and events must end by midnight.
